Chevy Express Penthouse Pop Top Adventure Van

One nice thing about a Sportsmobile Adventure van is you can stop most anywhere for a nap, lunch, a walk in the woods, or just do nothing. Want to raise the top? Just unlock it and push a button.

Chevy Express van conversion with awning. — An attractive and inviting entry. Just step in though the wide open van doors. Insects? Zippered screens are available for the the doors. Note the awning opened for rain or sun protection.

Baltic Birch cabinets with aluminum edging. — Sportsmobile has always featured clean modern designs. Aluminum cabinet edging (o) was included with this plan.

Galley features cooktop, sink, and refrigerator. — This interior includes the standard propane system with propane cooktop and furnace. As you can see there’s lots of galley storage.

Gaucho adds plenty of seating. — Gaucho easily makes into a double bed. The lofts (o) bed for two is attached to the ceiling.

End cabinet with counter top and storage. — The end cabinet is very convenient for miscellaneous small items. This one was designed by the owner.

Leather couch and Loincon flooring. — Comfortable seating for 5 with plenty of space. The Gaucho includes 3 seats belts. A portable table is standard.

Plenty of storage space and room for a toilet in the rear. — The rear compartment for bicycles has a bi-fold door that opens inward. The floor and walls are covered with heavy duty rubberized material.

Open the rear doors for a load of space. The large below floor compartment (o) adds 8 CF.

The rear mattress can stow upright behind the rear seat. Or remove it, as shown, for even more space.
